Built in 1978, Rosewood Estates is a 48 unit, self-managed condominium in Calgary, Alberta.
All 48 suites have corner settings with terrific wrap-around balconies, and all range from 1,150 to 1,191 square feet. In addition, there are four two-level penthouses that each cover 2,315 to 2,389 square feet. Many of the suites in Rosewood Estates have been renovated over the years, and in 2007, the lobby was impressively modernized. The upper floors have great views to downtown or towards Mount Royal and the Rocky Mountains. All the suites were built with a full bathroom, a two-piece en-suite and a roomy laundry/storage room. The penthouses have two full bathrooms plus an en-suite. The exterior stucco cladding is well maintained, while the extensive brick cladding appears timeless.

Rosewood Estates is located to the immediate southwest of downtown Calgary. It is located south of the Bow River and west of Macleod Trail.

The neighbourhood contains a variety of restaurants, food markets, retail shopping, offices, financial services, churches and schools. Blocks away, both 17 Ave. SW and 4 St. SW provide lively shopping and dining experiences.
